The HJC RPHA 91 Modular Helmet combines touring-focused comfort, adaptable protection, and aerodynamic performance in a solid matte black finish. Built with HJC’s PIM EVO shell, the helmet uses a blend of carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber to provide lightweight construction and enhanced shock-resistant performance. The 2XL size is designed for riders requiring a larger fit, while the dual-axis chin bar mechanism allows the chin bar to move close to the shell, helping reduce air resistance and wind noise.
The HJ-37 visor is Pinlock 120XLT prepared, anti-scratch coated, and provides 99% UV protection. A smoke-tinted sun shield features an anti-fog coating and can be quickly activated using the bottom-positioned operating system. The sun shield can also be positioned up to 10 mm closer to the rider’s face for improved shading and personalized comfort. Eyebrow ventilation helps support airflow and defogging, while the retractable chin bar makes helmet installation easier in the open position.
Inside, the HJC RPHA Premium Fit interior uses anti-bacterial fabric with moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties. Three-dimensional contour cheek pads, reflective material, and removable, washable crown and cheek pads contribute to comfort, visibility, and a customizable fit. Interchangeable cheek pads are available throughout the size range. The helmet is compatible with the second-generation Smart HJC communication system, co-developed with SENA and designed specifically for HJC helmets. Smart HJC devices are sold separately.
