The HJC RPHA 91 Madal MC3H is a premium modular motorcycle helmet designed for touring riders who want adaptable functionality, aerodynamic performance, and long-distance comfort. This Small-size helmet features HJC’s PIM EVO shell, constructed with carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber. The HJ-37 visor is Pinlock 120XLT prepared, anti-scratch coated, and provides 99% UV protection. An integrated smoke-tinted sun shield uses a smooth, bottom-positioned operating system and offers multiple adjustment positions, including placement closer to the rider’s face for personalized shading. Eyebrow vents support airflow and defogging, while the dual-axis chin bar mechanism keeps the chin section close to the shell to help reduce wind resistance and noise. The chin bar retracts into the open position, making helmet installation more convenient.
Inside, the RPHA Premium Fit interior uses antibacterial fabric with moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties. Three-dimensional contour cheek pads provide a secure, comfortable fit, and reflective material improves visibility in low-light conditions. The crown and cheek pads are removable and washable, and interchangeable cheek pads are available throughout the size range to help riders fine-tune fit. The helmet is also compatible with Smart HJC 2nd Generation communication systems, which are co-developed with SENA and designed specifically for HJC helmets. Smart HJC devices are sold separately.
