The HJC RPHA 91 Madal MC3H is a premium modular motorcycle helmet designed for touring riders who want adaptable protection, comfort, and aerodynamic performance. This medium-size helmet uses HJC’s PIM EVO shell, constructed with carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber. This advanced shell composition helps provide strong shock resistance while maintaining a lightweight, comfortable design.
The HJ-37 visor is Pinlock 120XLT prepared, anti-scratch coated, and provides 99% UV protection. An integrated smoke-tinted sun shield features an anti-fog coating and can be quickly activated using the bottom-mounted operating system. The sun shield can also be positioned up to 10 mm closer to the rider’s face for customized shading and improved visual comfort. Eyebrow vents support airflow and help reduce fogging around the visor.
The RPHA Premium Fit interior uses antibacterial, moisture-wicking, quick-drying fabric for long-distance comfort. Three-dimensional contour cheek pads, reflective materials, and interchangeable cheek pads across all sizes help riders achieve a secure, personalized fit. The crown and cheek pads are removable and washable for convenient maintenance. The chin bar uses a dual-axis pivot mechanism that keeps it close to the shell, helping reduce wind noise and aerodynamic resistance. It retracts in the open position to simplify helmet installation.
This HJC modular helmet is compatible with the second-generation Smart HJC communication system, which is co-developed with SENA and specifically designed for HJC helmets. Smart HJC devices are sold separately. The helmet is intended for motorcycle and touring applications and is compatible with HJC Smart HJC systems designed for the RPHA 71, RPHA 91, RPHA 31, and i71 models.
