The HJC RPHA 91 Madal MC3H Modular Helmet in 2XL combines touring versatility, advanced impact protection, and long-distance comfort in a streamlined modular design. Built around HJC’s PIM EVO shell, the helmet uses a blend of carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber to support a lightweight, shock-resistant construction. The dual-axis pivot chin bar moves close to the shell to reduce air resistance and wind noise, creating a compact profile for highway and touring use. The chin bar also retracts in the open position to simplify helmet installation.
The HJ-37 visor is Pinlock 120XLT prepared, anti-scratch coated, and designed to provide 99% UV protection. An integrated dynamic sun shield features a smoke tint and anti-fog coating, while the bottom-mounted operating system allows quick activation during changing light conditions. The sun shield can be positioned up to 10 mm closer to the rider’s face for improved coverage and personalized comfort. Eyebrow vents help direct airflow for ventilation and defogging, supporting clear vision in varied riding conditions.
Inside, the HJC RPHA Premium Fit interior uses antibacterial, moisture-wicking, and quick-drying fabric. Three-dimensional contour cheek pads, reflective material, and interchangeable cheek pads throughout the size range help create a secure, customizable fit. The crown and cheek pads are removable and washable for convenient maintenance. This 2XL helmet is also compatible with the second-generation Smart HJC communication system, co-developed with SENA for HJC helmets.
