The HJC RPHA 91 Madal MC2 is a premium modular motorcycle helmet designed for riders who want versatile touring performance, refined aerodynamics, and all-day comfort. This Small-size helmet features HJC’s PIM EVO shell, constructed with carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber. The advanced shell construction provides a lightweight design with enhanced impact resistance and a comfortable, streamlined profile. The dual-axis chin bar pivot system keeps the chin bar close to the shell to help reduce air resistance and wind noise.
The HJ-37 visor is Pinlock 120XLT prepared, anti-scratch coated, and designed to provide 99% UV protection. An integrated smoke-tinted sun visor features an anti-fog coating and a smooth, bottom-positioned activation system. The sun visor can be adjusted closer to the rider’s face for more personalized shading and improved visual comfort. Eyebrow ventilation helps direct airflow across the visor area to support defogging and ventilation during changing riding conditions.
Inside, the RPHA Premium Fit interior uses anti-bacterial fabric with moisture-wicking and quick-drying performance. Three-dimensional contour cheek pads provide a secure, comfortable fit, while reflective materials improve visibility. The crown and cheek pads are removable and washable, and interchangeable cheek pads are available across helmet sizes to help fine-tune fitment. The chin bar retracts in the open position for easier installation and removal. This helmet is compatible with the Smart HJC 2nd Generation communication system, co-developed with SENA for select HJC models; Smart HJC devices are sold separately.
