The HJC RPHA 91 Madal MC2 is a premium modular motorcycle helmet designed for riders who want touring comfort, adaptable protection, and efficient aerodynamics. This large-size helmet features HJC’s PIM EVO shell, constructed with carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber. The HJ-37 visor is Pinlock 120XLT prepared, anti-scratch coated, and designed to provide 99% UV protection. An adjustable, smoke-tinted sun shield includes an anti-fog coating and can be positioned closer to the face for personalized shading. The bottom-positioned sun-shield control allows quick operation while riding, while eyebrow ventilation helps direct airflow for defogging and improved interior comfort. A dual-axis chin-bar pivot mechanism keeps the chin bar close to the shell, helping reduce wind resistance and noise. The chin bar also retracts in the open position to make helmet installation easier.
Inside, the RPHA Premium Fit interior uses anti-bacterial fabric with moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties. Three-dimensional contour cheek pads, reflective safety material, and interchangeable cheek pads support a customized fit. The crown and cheek pads are removable and washable for convenient maintenance. The helmet is also designed for compatibility with the second-generation Smart HJC communication system, co-developed with SENA and tailored for HJC helmets.
