The HJC RPHA 91 Madal MC1 Modular Helmet combines advanced protection, touring comfort, and versatile functionality for riders who demand performance on every journey. This large-size helmet features HJC’s PIM EVO shell, constructed from a blend of carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber. This lightweight shell design is engineered to provide enhanced shock resistance while supporting a comfortable, streamlined riding experience.
The HJ-37 visor is Pinlock® 120XLT® prepared, anti-scratch coated, and designed to provide 99% UV protection. The integrated smoke-tinted sun shield features an anti-fog coating and a quick, bottom-positioned activation system. Its adjustable positioning allows the shield to move closer to the rider’s face for personalized shading and improved comfort. Eyebrow ventilation helps direct airflow for defogging and interior ventilation.
Inside, the RPHA Premium Fit interior uses anti-bacterial fabric to support moisture-wicking and quick-drying performance. Three-dimensional contour cheek pads, reflective materials, and removable, washable crown and cheek pads contribute to comfort, visibility, and a customized fit. The interchangeable cheek pads are available throughout the helmet size range. A dual-axis chin bar mechanism brings the bar close to the shell to help reduce air resistance and wind noise, while allowing the chin bar to retract in the open position for easier installation.
The HJC RPHA 91 is compatible with the Smart HJC 2nd Generation communication system, developed with SENA for select HJC helmets. Smart HJC devices are sold separately.
