The HJC RPHA 91 Modular Helmet in Solid Black and size Large combines a lightweight PIM EVO shell with carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber. This shell construction is designed to provide shock-resistant performance, comfort, and reduced weight. The HJ-37 visor is Pinlock 120XLT prepared, provides 99% UV protection, and features an anti-scratch coating.
A dynamic multi-step smoke-tinted sun visor includes an anti-fog coating and is operated through a bottom-positioned mechanism. The sun visor can be positioned up to 10 mm closer to the face for personalized shading and comfort. Eyebrow ventilation supports defogging and airflow, while the RPHA Premium Fit interior uses anti-bacterial fabric with moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties. The helmet also includes 3D contour cheek pads, reflective material, interchangeable cheek pads throughout all sizes, and removable, washable crown and cheek pads.
The chin bar incorporates a dual-axis pivot mechanism that brings it close to the shell to help minimize air resistance and wind noise. It retracts in the open position for easier installation. The helmet is designed for compatibility with Smart HJC 2nd Generation devices, which use an integrated all-in-one design and are co-developed with SENA for HJC helmets.
