The HJC RPHA 91 Fensh MC5 Modular Helmet combines advanced protection, touring comfort, and convenient modular functionality in a medium-size design. Built with HJC’s PIM EVO shell, the helmet uses a blend of carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber to provide a lightweight structure with enhanced shock-resistant performance. The dual-axis chin bar mechanism brings the chin section close to the shell to help reduce wind resistance and noise while maintaining a streamlined profile. The chin bar also retracts into the open position for easier helmet installation.
The HJC HJ-37 visor is Pinlock 120XLT prepared, anti-scratch coated, and provides 99% UV protection. A dynamic multi-step smoke-tinted sun shield includes an anti-fog coating and can be adjusted through the bottom-positioned operating system. The sun shield can also be positioned closer to the rider’s face for personalized shading and improved comfort. Eyebrow ventilation supports airflow and helps reduce fogging for clearer vision in changing riding conditions.
Inside, the RPHA Premium Fit interior uses antibacterial fabric with moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties. Three-dimensional contour cheek pads, reflective material, and interchangeable cheek pads support a secure, customizable fit across helmet sizes. The crown and cheek pads are removable and washable for easier maintenance. This HJC modular helmet is designed to accept the Smart HJC 2nd Generation communication system, an all-in-one device developed with SENA for select HJC helmets.
