The HJC RPHA 91 Fensh MC5 Modular Helmet combines touring-focused comfort, versatile functionality, and advanced protective performance in a 2XL fit. Built with HJC’s PIM EVO shell, the helmet uses a blend of carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber to create a lightweight, shock-resistant construction. The dual-axis pivot chin bar moves close to the shell to help reduce air resistance and wind noise while maintaining a compact profile. It also retracts in the open position for convenient installation.
The HJ-37 visor is Pinlock 120XLT prepared, anti-scratch coated, and provides 99% UV protection. A dynamic multi-step smoke-tinted sun visor features an anti-fog coating and can be positioned up to 0.4 inches closer to the face for improved shading and personalized comfort. The bottom-mounted sun-visor control allows quick, practical operation while riding. Eyebrow vents support airflow and help reduce fogging around the visor for clearer vision in changing conditions.
Inside, the RPHA Premium Fit interior uses antibacterial, moisture-wicking, quick-drying fabric for lasting comfort. Three-dimensional contour cheek pads provide a secure fit, while interchangeable cheek pads across all sizes allow further customization. The crown and cheek pads are removable and washable, and reflective material improves visibility in low-light conditions. The helmet is also compatible with the Smart HJC 2nd Generation communication system, which is co-developed with SENA and designed for the HJC RPHA 71, RPHA 91, RPHA 31, and i71 models.
