The HJC RPHA 91 Fensh MC1 Modular Helmet combines touring-focused comfort, aerodynamic performance, and versatile protection in a compact flip-up design. Built with HJC’s PIM EVO shell, the helmet uses a blend of carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber to help provide strong shock resistance while maintaining a lightweight, comfortable construction. The HJ-37 visor is Pinlock 120XLT prepared, anti-scratch coated, and designed to provide 99% UV protection. An integrated smoke-tinted sun shield features an anti-fog coating and a bottom-positioned activation system for quick, convenient adjustment. The visor can be positioned closer to the rider’s face for improved shading and a personalized fit. Eyebrow ventilation helps direct airflow for defogging and interior comfort.
Inside, the RPHA Premium Fit interior uses antibacterial, moisture-wicking, and quick-drying fabric. Three-dimensional contour cheek pads, reflective safety material, and removable, washable crown and cheek pads support long-distance comfort and a customized fit. Interchangeable cheek pads are available across helmet sizes. The dual-axis chin bar pivot mechanism keeps the chin bar close to the shell to reduce wind resistance and noise, while allowing the bar to retract in the open position for easier installation.
The HJC RPHA 91 is compatible with the Smart HJC 2nd Generation communication system, which is co-developed with SENA and designed specifically for HJC helmets. The integrated system preserves the helmet’s aerodynamic profile and balanced weight distribution. Smart HJC devices are sold separately. The communication system is also designed for compatibility with the HJC RPHA 71, RPHA 91, RPHA 31, and i71 helmet models.
