The HJC RPHA 91 Carbon Elig is a premium modular helmet designed for touring riders who want adaptable protection, comfort, and convenience. This Small-size helmet features the distinctive MC2 color finish and a lightweight carbon construction that helps reduce rider fatigue during extended trips. Its modular configuration allows the chin bar to be raised when stopped, while the full-face position provides coverage and confidence on the road.
The RPHA 91 Carbon Elig is engineered with a touring-focused fit that accommodates riders seeking a secure, comfortable helmet for daily commuting, highway travel, and long-distance motorcycling. Its aerodynamic shell profile is designed to promote stability at riding speeds, while the modular design supports flexible use in changing conditions. The helmet is manufactured by HJC in Vietnam and is intended for riders who require the versatility of a flip-up helmet without moving away from full-face coverage.
Fitment is based on head size rather than motorcycle make or model. Select the Small size only after accurately measuring the rider’s head and comparing the measurement with HJC’s current sizing guide. The helmet should fit evenly and snugly around the head without creating pressure points, and the retention system should remain securely fastened whenever riding.
