The HJC RPHA 31 Dereen open-face helmet in MC5SF graphics and XL size is designed for riders who want advanced protection, refined aerodynamics, and everyday comfort. Built with HJC’s Premium Integrated Matrix (PIM) Evo shell, the helmet combines carbon-aramid hybrid and natural fiber reinforcement for strong, lightweight, shock-resistant performance. The elongated shell and extended chin EPS provide an encompassing full-face-level fit while retaining the convenience of an open-face design.
Wind-tunnel-developed aerodynamics help reduce air resistance, turbulence, and riding noise for a more stable and comfortable experience at speed. The RPHA 31 features two intake vents and four exhaust vents to promote effective front-to-back airflow. Its shield holder helps reduce drag and noise while keeping the shield securely positioned. The included HJ-39 Pinlock 120XLT DKS467-ready shield offers 99% UV protection and an anti-scratch coating for clear, dependable vision.
A built-in smoke-tinted sun visor provides convenient glare protection and features an anti-fog coating for improved clarity. The bottom-positioned mechanism allows quick deployment, while multi-step adjustment lets you position the visor closer to your face for personalized shading. The helmet is also compatible with second-generation SMART HJC Bluetooth communication systems, sold separately, for convenient connectivity without distracting from the road.
Inside, the RPHA Premium Fit interior uses advanced antibacterial fabric with moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties. Removable, washable crown and cheek pads, 3D-contoured cheek pads, and interchangeable cheek pads across sizes support a tailored fit. Reflective materials add visibility in low-light conditions. This HJC helmet is sized XL, with manufacturer part number JA19NUS72S5V and vendor part number JA19NUS72S5V.
