The HJC HJ-27 Dark Smoke Helmet Shield is a replacement face shield designed for compatible HJC motorcycle helmets. It provides a darker viewing tint for riders who want reduced glare and a more comfortable ride in bright daytime conditions. This shield uses the HJ-27 model designation and is manufactured by HJC, a trusted helmet brand known for practical motorcycle protection equipment.
Fitment is limited to HJC helmets specifically engineered for the HJ-27 shield system. Verify your helmet model and existing shield style before ordering to ensure proper compatibility. The shield is intended as a direct replacement for a worn, scratched, or damaged HJ-27 face shield and supports the helmet’s original shield mechanism when correctly installed.
The Dark Smoke tint is best suited for daytime riding and should not be used in low-light or nighttime conditions where reduced visibility may present a safety concern. Installation should follow the instructions provided with the compatible HJC helmet, with the shield fully seated and operating smoothly before use. This replacement shield is produced in Vietnam and carries HJC manufacturer and vendor part number 0927940500.
