The HJC HJ-17 Pinlock Shield in Silver is a replacement helmet shield designed for compatible HJC helmet models using the HJ-17 shield system. It helps restore clear, reliable visibility when the original shield is scratched, worn, or needs to be replaced. The silver finish provides a distinctive appearance while maintaining the functional design expected from an HJC replacement shield.
Manufactured by HJC, this shield is identified by manufacturer part number 0941940700 and vendor part number 0941-9407-00. Its model-specific construction supports proper installation and fitment on compatible HJC helmets equipped for the HJ-17 shield. Confirm your helmet model and existing shield designation before ordering to ensure compatibility.
The HJ-17 Pinlock Shield is intended for riders who want a direct replacement component from the original helmet manufacturer. Installation should follow the instructions for the specific HJC helmet model, with the shield seated evenly in the side mechanisms and checked for smooth opening, closing, and secure retention before riding.
