The HJC HJ-09 Dark Smoke Helmet Shield is a replacement face shield designed for compatible HJC motorcycle helmets using the HJ-09 shield system. It provides a darker viewing tint for riders who prefer reduced glare and a more shaded field of vision during bright daytime riding. The shield’s streamlined profile helps preserve the helmet’s intended aerodynamic performance while providing dependable coverage across the face.
Manufactured by HJC and identified by manufacturer part number 19003 and vendor part number 19-003, this Dark Smoke shield is a practical replacement for a scratched, worn, or damaged original shield. Its precise fitment supports proper installation on compatible HJC helmet models, helping maintain secure retention and smooth shield operation. Confirm that your helmet specifically uses the HJ-09 shield before ordering, as fitment may vary by model and production year.
The dark tint is intended for daytime use and may not be suitable for night riding, tunnels, heavily shaded roads, or other low-light conditions. For safe operation, inspect the shield before each ride and keep it clean using products recommended by HJC. This replacement component is manufactured in Vietnam and is designed to restore the appearance and functionality of compatible HJC helmets.
