The HJC DS-X1 helmet in Semi-Flat Black, size XS, is a dual-sport adventure helmet designed for on-road and off-road riding. Its three riding configurations support shield-and-visor, shield-only, or visor-only use with goggles, providing flexibility for different riding conditions. The 3D CAD-designed Advanced Polycarbonate Composite Shell is engineered for a comfortable fit, a wide range of motion, and an expansive eye-port for visibility and goggle compatibility.
The aerodynamic dual-function visor is designed to help reduce lift at highway speeds while supporting airflow. An adjustable mouth vent and HJC’s ACS Advanced Channeling ventilation system direct cool air through the helmet and exhaust heat and humidity through the rear spoiler. The large eye-port supports visibility and goggle fit, while integrated glasses grooves accommodate riders who wear eyeglasses.
The helmet features a Pinlock-prepared HJ-27 shield for use with an anti-fog lens; the insert lens is sold separately. Its converting system allows the configuration to change from shield and visor to a visor-only helmet. Inside, the SuperCool textile interior is moisture-wicking, antibacterial, removable, and washable. This helmet is identified by manufacturer part number 262547 and vendor part number 262547.
