The HJC C91 Nepos MC5 is a modular helmet designed with an adjustable chinbar and an advanced polycarbonate composite shell. Advanced CAD technology supports a lightweight design with a focus on fit and comfort. Its modular construction allows the chinbar to be adjusted while riding, providing versatility for riders who want adaptable helmet functionality.
The helmet features HJC’s Advanced Channeling Ventilation System (ACS), which promotes front-to-back airflow to help move heat and humidity upward and out of the helmet. The Pinlock-prepared HJ-17 shield provides 99% UV protection, while the RapidFire Shield Replacement System enables quick, tool-less shield changes using a secure shield ratchet system. An integrated black dark smoke sun visor deploys easily and includes an anti-scratch coating and user-friendly sliding system.
Interior features include moisture-wicking, dry materials and removable, washable crown and cheek pads. Interchangeable cheek pads work throughout all shell sizes, and glasses grooves accommodate riders who wear eyeglasses or sunglasses. A Double D-ring chin strap provides the listed retention system. The C91 is ready for SMART HJC Bluetooth communication equipment, which is sold separately, and includes speaker pockets for Bluetooth communication systems.
