The HJC RPHA 91 modular helmet in Medium is designed with a PIM EVO shell made from carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber. This construction provides shock-resistant performance, comfort, and lightweight performance. The HJ-37 visor is Pinlock 120XLT prepared, offers 99% UV protection, and features an anti-scratch coating.
The dynamic multi-step smoke-tinted sun visor includes an anti-fog coating and can be activated through the bottom-positioned operation system. It can also be positioned up to 10 mm closer to the face for personalized shading and comfort. Eyebrow ventilation helps with defogging and airflow, while the dual-axis chin bar pivot mechanism brings the chin bar close to the shell to help minimize air resistance and wind noise. The chin bar retracts in the open position for easier installation.
The RPHA Premium Fit interior uses anti-bacterial fabric with moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties. Three-dimensional contour cheek pads include reflective material, are removable and washable, and can be interchanged throughout all sizes for a custom fit. The helmet is designed for compatibility with Smart HJC 2nd Generation devices for the RPHA 71, RPHA 91, RPHA 31, and i71 models. Smart HJC devices are sold separately.
