The HJC RPHA 91 Modular Helmet combines a lightweight PIM EVO shell with carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber for shock-resistant performance, comfort, and reduced weight. Its dual-axis pivot chin bar retracts into the open position for easier installation and sits close to the helmet shell to help minimize air resistance and wind noise.
The HJ-37 visor is Pinlock 120XLT prepared, anti-scratch coated, and provides 99% UV protection. A dynamic multi-step smoke-tinted sun visor includes an anti-fog coating and can be positioned up to 10 mm closer to the face for personalized shading. The bottom-positioned activation system allows quick sun-visor operation, while eyebrow vents support ventilation and defogging.
The RPHA Premium Fit interior uses anti-bacterial fabric with moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties. Three-dimensional contour cheek pads, reflective material, interchangeable cheek pads across all sizes, and removable, washable crown and cheek pads support comfort, visibility, and adjustability. The helmet is compatible with Smart HJC 2nd Generation devices designed for the RPHA 71, RPHA 91, RPHA 31, and i71 helmet models; Smart HJC devices are sold separately.
