Completely redesigned and refined Factory Series Shocks are the lightest yet! Available in Coil and Float series with updated MY 26 styling. Rifle Bore have spiral grooves on the inside of the shock allowing oil to flow around the main piston reducing the damping force in the ride zone for a plush ride. The grooves end through the final 30% of the travel forcing the oil to flow through the main piston resulting in a significant increase in bottom-out resistance to cushion hard hit. QSE model rear track shocks include an electronic lock out mode with the simple click of a handlebar mounted button!

The FOX Factory Series Rear Track Shock Kit is designed for select Polaris Switchback 144-inch snowmobiles, including the 2017–2019 Polaris 600 Switchback SP, 600 Switchback Assault, 800 Switchback Assault, and 850 Switchback Assault models. Manufactured by FOX, this Factory Series kit carries vendor part number 853-04-005 and is identified by FOX part number 530-1254. It delivers refined suspension performance, improved ride comfort, and increased bottom-out resistance for demanding trail and track conditions.

FOX Rifle-Bore shock bodies use spiral grooves inside the shock to control oil flow around the main piston. This position-sensitive damping design reduces damping force through the ride zone for a smoother, more compliant feel, while the grooves taper off during the final portion of travel to direct oil through the piston and help cushion hard impacts. The QSE rear track shock also provides an electronic lockout mode activated by a handlebar-mounted switch, allowing convenient suspension adjustment while riding.

The redesigned Factory Series construction includes a lighter piston and shaft, weight-optimized body caps, aluminum and injection-molded polymer mounting hardware, an optimized reservoir, a double-digressive aluminum piston, a high-pitch spring design, and a high-volume bearing. The shock features a black Type III anodized body with orange reservoir caps and is fully rebuildable and revalveable for long-term serviceability. QS3 three-position compression adjustment provides additional tuning flexibility, while QSL lockout and QSE electronic controls vary by application.
