The FMF Powercore II Shorty Silencer is a performance-focused exhaust component designed for select 85cc motocross motorcycles. Manufactured by FMF, this silencer uses an aircraft-grade 6060 T6 aluminum alloy body for a durable, lightweight construction suited to demanding off-road riding. The Shorty design is engineered to help improve low-end thrust while maintaining a controlled exhaust note.
Designed for practical maintenance and broad exhaust compatibility, the FMF Powercore II Shorty Silencer is completely repackable to support long-term serviceability. It fits stock exhaust pipes as well as compatible aftermarket pipes, making it a versatile replacement or performance upgrade for riders who want dependable fitment and responsive engine performance. The silencer is supplied under FMF manufacturer part number 025065 and vendor part number 79-2532S.
Fitment includes 2014–2017 Husqvarna TC 85 models with 17/14 wheels and 2003–2008 KTM 85 SX models with 17/14 wheels. Confirm the motorcycle model, wheel configuration, exhaust system, and mounting points before installation.
