The FLY RACING Formula CC Vibe Helmet in White/Pink/Blue, size XS, is designed with a tri-weave composite shell made from carbon fiber, DuPont™ Kevlar® and fiberglass. This construction provides a lightweight shell with superior penetration resistance. The helmet features RHEON Impact Energy Cells to help maximize absorption of low-speed linear and rotational impacts, reducing forces transmitted to the brain. Conehead® dual-density Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) technology uses a softer liner with cones designed to help manage or absorb impact forces efficiently.
Six critical zones are tuned for progressive response to low- and high-speed impacts, while expanded-volume EPS provides strategic areas with additional impact-absorbing material. An Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) chin bar adds impact mitigation, damage resistance and energy-absorbing properties. A clavicle shell relief zone filled with EPS and EPP is designed to help reduce clavicle injuries. Custom-molded rubber trim with an integrated nose guard completes the shell design.
The comfort liner and quick-release cheek pads use washable, moisture-wicking, anti-microbial material. True Functional Ventilation (TFV) forces air through multiple intake vents, aligned EPS vent channels and multiple rear exhaust vents when the helmet is in motion.
