The Fly Racing Formula S Carbon Quin Smart Helmet in Black, Large, combines advanced impact protection with connected riding technology for motocross and powersports riders. Manufacturer part number 73-4415L and vendor part number 73-4415L, this Formula S Carbon helmet is designed for riders who want lightweight carbon fiber construction, intelligent crash response, and comfortable all-day fitment. The Large size is intended to fit riders according to Fly Racing’s official helmet sizing guidelines.
Integrated Quin technology uses five scientific-grade sensors to evaluate riding data and automatically detect a crash event. When paired with the Fly Smart App, the helmet can record impact information and contact emergency contacts. An SOS Beacon can be activated by tapping the helmet five times when assistance is needed. APEX subscribers may also receive monitoring-center support and emergency-service dispatch, where available. Ride analytics include live GPS tracking, speed, acceleration, Q-Score, and additional ride data.
The 12K carbon fiber shell provides a lightweight design with strong penetration resistance. RHEON Impact Energy Cells help manage low-speed linear and rotational impacts, while Fly Racing Conehead EPS Technology uses tuned impact zones for progressive energy management. Expanded-volume EPS, an EPP chin bar, and a clavicle shell relief zone add further impact-mitigation features. The helmet also includes Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, wireless device updates, integrated status LEDs, and a rechargeable battery with fast charging through Micro USB.
Comfort and airflow are supported by washable, moisture-wicking, antimicrobial comfort liners and quick-release cheek pads. True Functional Ventilation channels air through multiple intake vents, aligned EPS passages, and rear exhaust vents to help regulate temperature while riding. Custom-molded rubber trim and an integrated nose guard complete the design. The Fly Racing Formula S Carbon Quin Smart Helmet is suited for compatible off-road, motocross, and powersports riding applications where advanced protection and connected safety features are desired.
