The Fly Racing Formula CC Strike Youth Helmet is designed for young riders who need advanced protection, comfortable fit, and reliable ventilation during off-road riding. Finished in a grey, red, black, and white color combination, this youth helmet is sized YL and features a Tri-Weave composite shell made from carbon fiber, DuPont™ Kevlar®, and fiberglass. This construction helps reduce weight while providing strong penetration resistance. The helmet is ECE and DOT approved for compliant protective performance.
Protection is enhanced by Fly Racing Impact Energy Cells made from RHEON, which help manage low-speed linear and rotational impacts by reducing forces transmitted to the brain. Conehead® dual-density EPS technology uses strategically shaped cones to absorb impact energy efficiently, while six tuned impact zones are designed to provide progressive response across low- and high-speed impacts. Expanded-volume EPS adds additional impact-absorbing material in key areas, and the EPP chin bar contributes further energy absorption and damage resistance. A dedicated clavicle shell relief zone uses EPS and EPP to help reduce the potential for clavicle injuries.
Comfort and airflow are supported by a washable, moisture-wicking, antimicrobial comfort liner and quick-release cheek pads. Fly Racing True Functional Ventilation forces air through multiple intake vents, aligned EPS channels, and rear exhaust vents to help maintain airflow while riding. Custom-molded rubber trim includes an integrated nose guard, and a soft fleece helmet bag is included for storage and transport. An optional cold-weather breath guard is available for added protection in cooler conditions.
