The Fly Racing Formula CC Strike Helmet is a high-performance full-face helmet designed for serious off-road riding. This size XL model features a tri-weave composite shell made from carbon fiber, DuPont™ Kevlar® and fiberglass for lightweight construction and superior penetration resistance. Protection is supported by RHEON Impact Energy Cells, which help manage low-speed linear and rotational impacts while reducing forces transmitted to the brain. Conehead® dual-density Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) technology uses strategically shaped cones to help absorb impact energy efficiently. Six tuned impact zones provide a progressive response to low- and high-speed impacts, while expanded-volume EPS adds additional impact-absorbing material in key areas. An Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) chin bar offers added energy absorption and damage resistance, and the clavicle shell relief zone combines EPS and EPP to help reduce the risk of clavicle injuries.
Comfort and airflow are engineered for extended rides. True Functional Ventilation (TFV) channels air through multiple intake vents, aligned EPS passages and rear exhaust vents while riding. The washable, moisture-wicking, antimicrobial comfort liner and quick-release cheek pads make cleaning and helmet removal convenient. A custom-molded rubber trim with integrated nose guard provides a finished fit around the helmet opening. The Formula CC Strike includes a soft fleece helmet bag, with an optional cold-weather breath guard available separately.
