The Enduro Engineering 40-212 Spark Arrestor End Cap is a cost-effective replacement for the complete silencer on select KTM, Husqvarna, and Husaberg off-road motorcycles. This USFS-approved spark arrestor end cap is designed to provide effective exhaust spark control while maintaining the performance characteristics of the original end cap. Enduro Engineering testing found no power loss compared with the stock end cap, making it a practical upgrade for trail and closed-course applications.
Built with an EE Screen-type spark arrestor, the Enduro Engineering 40-212 simplifies maintenance and servicing. The screen can be removed by taking out two bolts, allowing convenient replacement or cleaning when needed. On closed-course riding locations, the screen may also be removed without replacing the entire muffler. The compact end cap measures approximately 8 inches long, 6 inches wide, and 2.5 inches high, with a weight of about 0.35 pounds.
