The EK 525ZVX3-120AO ZVX3 NX-Ring chain is a high-performance 525-size motorcycle drive chain designed for riders who demand strength, durability, and efficient power transfer. Finished in orange, this EK chain combines advanced sealing technology with a rigid plate design to support dependable performance in demanding street and sport-riding applications.
Featuring EK's NX-ring construction, the chain is engineered to last longer than the previous ZVX series while helping retain lubrication and resist contamination. Its high-tensile design delivers a rated tensile strength of 11,100 pounds, providing the durability needed for high-output motorcycles and frequent riding. The reduced clearance between the side plates improves chain stiffness while helping minimize unnecessary weight.
The EK 525ZVX3-120AO is supplied as a 120-link chain and is intended for compatible 525 chain systems. Fitment includes select 2004–2009 Aprilia RSV1000R models, including RSV1000R Factory versions from 2004–2007. Confirm the motorcycle's required chain size, link count, gearing, and final-drive specifications before installation. Professional installation and proper chain adjustment are recommended for optimum service life and performance.
