The EBC MD6339D Standard Brake Rotor is designed to provide dependable braking performance and precise fitment for select Polaris Sportsman 550 and Sportsman Touring 550 EPS models. Manufactured by EBC Brakes, this rotor is engineered as a direct-fit replacement for the original equipment brake disc, making it a practical choice for maintenance, repair, or brake system restoration.
Built from unique low-carbon HPSR steel, the rotor offers a durable foundation for consistent braking under demanding riding conditions. The disc is laser and CNC punched to help reduce unnecessary weight while maintaining structural integrity. Its hardened and ground braking surface supports accurate rotor geometry and smooth, predictable brake operation when paired with compatible brake pads.
A nickel-plated finish helps protect the rotor against corrosion caused by moisture, mud, and outdoor exposure. The EBC MD6339D is intended for compatible front brake applications and should be installed according to the vehicle manufacturer’s service procedures. Confirm the vehicle model, year, and brake position before ordering to ensure proper fitment.
Fitment: Fits 2011–2013 Polaris Sportsman 550; 2010–2012 Polaris Sportsman Touring 550 EPS; and 2010–2013 Polaris Sportsman 550 EPS models.
