The EBC MD6312D Standard Rotor is a precision-manufactured brake rotor designed for select Polaris RZR models. Built from unique low-carbon HPSR steel, this rotor provides dependable braking performance for recreational riding, utility use, and demanding off-road conditions. Its standard replacement design supports reliable fitment and consistent operation when replacing a worn or damaged original rotor.
Laser and CNC punching help reduce unnecessary weight while maintaining the structural strength required for off-road braking. The rotor is hardened and ground to support precise braking action, smooth engagement, and consistent contact with compatible brake pads. A nickel coating helps resist corrosion, making the EBC rotor a practical choice for vehicles exposed to moisture, mud, dust, and changing trail conditions.
Designed for fitment on the 2012 and 2013 Polaris RZR 570, as well as the 2008 through 2013 Polaris RZR 800, the EBC MD6312D provides a direct replacement solution for compatible applications. Verify the vehicle model and existing rotor configuration before installation. EBC is the manufacturer and brand, and MD6312D is the manufacturer and vendor part number.
