The EBC MD6005D Standard Rotor is a precision-engineered replacement brake rotor designed for reliable fitment and consistent braking performance on select Honda off-road motorcycles. Manufactured by EBC Brakes, this rotor is made from unique low-carbon HPSR steel to provide dependable strength and durability during regular riding and demanding trail or track use.
Laser and CNC punching helps reduce unnecessary weight while maintaining structural integrity, supporting responsive handling and effective heat management. The rotor is also hardened and ground for precision braking, helping provide smooth, predictable contact between the brake pads and rotor surface. A nickel coating helps resist corrosion and preserves the rotor’s finish in changing riding and storage conditions.
Fitment includes the 1996–2002 Honda CR80RB Expert and the 2003–2005 Honda CR85R. The EBC MD6005D Standard Rotor is manufactured by EBC and is identified by manufacturer and vendor part number MD6005D. Verify the motorcycle model, year, and existing brake system before installation to ensure proper application.
