The Dunlop Mousse Tube, model 76760005, is an airless tire insert designed for off-road competition use. Replacing a conventional inner tube, this 19-inch mousse insert helps prevent tire deflation caused by punctures, impacts, shock, or pinch flats. It is intended for demanding race conditions where consistent tire performance and reduced risk of air loss are important.
Designed to provide the fitting pressure and stiffness equivalent of approximately 13 psi, the Dunlop mousse insert delivers a controlled feel without relying on compressed air. Its honeycomb construction supports the tire while helping maintain reliable performance across rough terrain. This product is intended exclusively for off-road competition and should be installed with compatible tire, rim, and mousse mounting equipment.
Each Dunlop 76760005 mousse tube includes special mousse grease to support proper installation and ongoing maintenance. The insert is also designed to offer a two-year shelf life when stored according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. Verify tire compatibility and follow Dunlop’s installation, lubrication, storage, and service guidelines before use.
