Dirt Tricks 48-Tooth Chromoly Rear Sprocket for KTM 65 SX, Husqvarna TC 65 and GasGas MC 65 – KTM265-48-D-B

The Dirt Tricks KTM265-48-D-B Rear Sprocket is a 48-tooth chromoly sprocket designed for demanding off-road riding. Its minimalist design delivers strength and durability while maintaining a weight comparable to aluminum sprockets. The black finish provides a clean appearance and helps protect the sprocket during repeated exposure to dirt, moisture, and abrasive riding conditions.

Developed using aerospace-grade steel knowledge, advanced heat treatment, and finite element analysis, the Dirt Tricks rear sprocket is engineered to withstand hard use. It is approximately 2.5 times stronger than stainless steel and is backed by Dirt Tricks’ two-year guarantee: if the sprocket wears out during the guarantee period, it will be replaced. The 420 chain compatibility makes this sprocket a direct replacement option for select 65cc motorcycles.

This Dirt Tricks 48-tooth rear sprocket fits the 2025 and 2026 Husqvarna TC 65, KTM 65 SX, and GasGas MC 65. Verify the motorcycle year, model, chain size, and existing sprocket configuration before installation. The manufacturer part number is KTM265-48-D-B, and the vendor part number is 254-130448B.
