Upgrade the top-end performance of your Yamaha YZ250F with the Cylinder Works Big Bore Cylinder Kit, model 21002-K01. Designed for a big bore conversion, this complete kit includes the cylinder, matched piston kit, and required gaskets for a reliable installation. The 80.00 mm piston provides increased displacement, while the 12.5:1 compression ratio is engineered to support strong engine performance and throttle response.
The cylinder is styled to look like the original equipment component while using a durable nickel silicon carbide plating process to promote long service life, heat management, and wear resistance. Cylinder Works matches the kit with a Vertex piston to help ensure dependable operation, consistent performance, and reduced engine noise. No machine work is required for installation when used with the correct application and setup. The included top-end gasket kit does not include valve stem seals.
