The Cylinder Works 60002-K04 cylinder kit is a complete standard-bore, high-compression top-end solution for select Polaris 800 engines. Designed with an 80.00 mm bore and a 10.2:1 compression ratio, this kit helps restore engine performance while providing a stock-style appearance. It includes the cylinder, matched piston kit, and required gaskets for a straightforward rebuild.
The cylinder is nickel-silicon-carbide plated for extended service life, improved wear resistance, and consistent cylinder performance.
