The Cylinder Works 30007-K03HC High-Compression Standard Bore Cylinder Kit is designed to restore top-end performance on select Kawasaki 750 ATV and side-by-side models. This complete kit includes a standard-bore cylinder, matched high-compression piston kit, piston rings, and required gaskets for a dependable engine rebuild. The 11.5:1 compression ratio is engineered to support strong performance while maintaining a stock-style cylinder appearance.
Each Cylinder Works cylinder is nickel silicon carbide plated for extended service life, improved durability, and consistent heat transfer. The included Vertex piston is matched to the cylinder to promote longevity, efficient operation, and reduced engine noise. The standard-bore configuration is intended as a replacement for the original cylinder, and no machine work is required for installation when used with the applicable factory engine components and installation procedures.
This kit fits select 2009–2014 Kawasaki KRF 750 Teryx FI and KVF750 Brute Force 4X4i EPS models, including the 2009 Kawasaki KRF 750 Teryx FI NRA Outdoors, 2013 and 2014 Kawasaki KVF750 Brute Force 4X4i EPS with IRS, and 2009–2013 Kawasaki KRF 750 Teryx FI 4X4 and 4X4 LE models. Verify the exact model, year, bore specification, and engine configuration before ordering. The top-end gasket kit does not include valve stem seals. Replacement pistons, gaskets, and ring sets are available separately for future service.
