Designed for reliable performance and precise fitment, this complete kit includes the cylinder, piston kit, and required gaskets for a streamlined installation. The 11.0:1 compression ratio supports responsive engine performance while retaining a stock-style appearance.
Each Cylinder Works cylinder is nickel silicon carbide plated for extended service life, improved durability, and effective heat management. The included Vertex piston is matched to the cylinder to promote longevity, consistent performance, and reduced engine noise. The standard-bore design is intended as a direct replacement and requires no machine work when installed according to the manufacturer’s specifications. The top-end gasket kit is included but does not contain valve stem seals.
This Cylinder Works kit fits select Yamaha 700 applications, including the 2014-2015 Yamaha YXM700 Viking, 2017 Yamaha YXM700 Viking, 2017 Yamaha YXM700 Viking VI EPS, and 2017 Yamaha YXM700 Viking EPS. It also fits the 2014-2015 Yamaha YFM700G Grizzly Fi 4WD IRS and the 2014-2015 Yamaha YFM700F Grizzly Fi 4WD EPS IRS. Confirm the vehicle model and year before ordering. Replacement pistons, gaskets, and ring sets are available separately for future service needs.
