The Cylinder Works 10010-K03HC High-Compression Standard-Bore Cylinder Kit is designed for select Honda CRF450R and CRF450RX models. This complete top-end solution includes a cylinder, matched Vertex piston kit, and required gaskets to support reliable engine rebuilding and performance upgrades. With a 14.4:1 compression ratio and standard-bore configuration, the kit is engineered to provide a precise replacement for compatible factory components.
The cylinder features a stock-style appearance and nickel silicon carbide plating for improved durability, wear resistance, and long service life. The matched Vertex piston helps promote consistent performance, reduce engine noise, and support dependable operation under demanding riding conditions. No machining is required for installation when used with the correct compatible application.
Fitment includes the 2021 Honda CRF450R, CRF450RX, and CRF450R W.E.; 2022 Honda CRF450R, CRF450RX, and CRF450R W.E.; 2023 Honda CRF450R, CRF450RX, and CRF450R W.E.; and 2024 Honda CRF450R. The kit is intended for standard-bore replacement applications. The included top-end gasket kit does not include valve stem seals.
