The Cylinder Works 10004-K01 Cylinder Kit is a complete standard bore replacement kit designed for select 2007–2009 Honda CRF150R and CRF150RB Expert motorcycles. This kit includes a cylinder, matched piston kit, and required gaskets for a dependable top-end rebuild. The 66.00 mm standard bore configuration and 11.7:1 compression ratio support reliable engine performance while maintaining the stock-style fit and appearance.

Manufactured by Cylinder Works, this kit uses a nickel silicon carbide plated cylinder surface for extended service life, excellent wear resistance, and consistent performance. The included Vertex piston is matched to the cylinder to promote longevity, reduce engine noise, and help maintain proper engine operation. The cylinder is designed to look like the original equipment component and requires no machine work for installation when used with the specified application.

Fitment includes 2007, 2008, and 2009 Honda CRF150R models, as well as 2007, 2008, and 2009 Honda CRF150RB Expert models. The top-end gasket kit is included but does not contain valve stem seals. This Cylinder Works kit is intended as a standard bore replacement and is suitable for restoring top-end performance during engine service. Replacement pistons, gaskets, and ring sets are also available separately for future maintenance.
