The Arai Quantum-X Helmet in Diamond White is designed for riders with a slightly wider, round oval head shape. Its interior head liner combines thicker front and rear pads with thinner side pads to provide a secure, comfortable fit without an elongated profile. The helmet includes FCS® Cheek Pads, which use contoured shaping, multiple foam densities, and a supportive foam spring to cradle the face, simplify helmet removal, and help reduce wind noise. A water-repellent ES Chin Cover comes installed to enhance the helmet’s egg-shaped profile, smooth airflow, improve exhaust from the mouth area, and reduce wind entering from below.
The Variable Axis System (VAS) shield system lowers the shield pivot point by an average of 24 mm, creating a smoother shell surface in the critical temple area to help improve glance-off performance. The improved VAS latch captures and securely holds the shield closed while supporting intuitive shield operation and the built-in de-mist function. A VAS-Max Vision (VAS-MV) shield is included and accepts a compatible Pinlock® lens, with a Pinlock® 120 MaxVision™ lens supplied for enhanced fog resistance in changing riding conditions.
Ventilation performance comes from the QVF three-position intake duct and QVR exhaust ducts. The side vent continues to function as an exhaust vent even when the front shutter on the top duct is closed, helping maintain airflow control during different riding conditions. The Peripherally Belted Super Complex Laminate Construction (PB-SCLC) shell combines multiple materials and construction techniques for a balanced approach to protection, performance, and value. Built for daily street riding and longer journeys, the Arai Quantum-X combines a rider-focused fit, refined shield operation, effective ventilation, and dependable comfort in a clean Diamond White finish.
