The Alpinestars Youth Neck Support is designed for kids ages 8–14 and features a compact, easy-to-use design. Its ergonomic shape is engineered for fitment with the Alpinestars A-5 S, while the support can also be worn on its own using the included A-strap.
Left and right rigid frames are made from a polymer compound combination with smooth internal edges made from soft-injected EVA to provide a comfortable fit and stable positioning. The overall frame construction helps dissipate energy loads by transmitting them across the back, while the flexible back connector allows the neck support to follow the body’s movements while riding.
Chin plates on the front help dissipate helmet pressure during impacts. A quick-release closure system makes it easy to engage or disengage the neck support. This black and white, one-size model is identified by manufacturer and vendor part number 6540118-12-OS.
