The Alpinestars Tech 7 off-road boots are engineered for riders who demand dependable protection, precise controls, and comfortable performance in dirt and motocross environments. This fluorescent yellow and black model is sized for US 7 / EU 40.5 fitment and is identified by Alpinestars manufacturer and vendor part number 2012025-551-7. The overhauled Tech 7 design uses a lightweight microfiber and suede leather upper with extensive thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) reinforcement across the toe, foot, heel, ankle, calf, and shin.
Protection: A reinforced toe zone, metal shank, contoured calf protector, rear Achilles bridge, and dual-compound vulcanized rubber sole help resist impact, abrasion, and wear. The sole includes an integrated wear-limit indicator in the footpeg area that reveals a red layer when replacement is needed. Shock-absorbing inserts in the front flexion zone, along with padding in the ankles and shin plate, improve impact absorption without limiting essential rider movement.
Control and comfort: Dedicated left- and right-foot lower shell designs improve shifter access and reduce front roll. Medial and lateral double-pivot systems support progressive flex, precision control, and freedom of movement, while the medial side panel improves grip, support, heat resistance, and bike feel. A soft microfiber gaiter helps seal out water and dirt, and the poly-fabric lining with 3D open-cell foam and anti-slip suede reinforcement enhances comfort and abrasion resistance.
Secure fit: Polymer buckles, an aluminum frame, self-aligning buckle receivers, and quick-release closures provide a customized, stable fit. The compact TPU shin plate uses reinforced hook-and-loop adjustment, while the pull flap improves handling during installation. The Alpinestars Tech 7 is designed to fit riders seeking a protective off-road boot for motocross, trail riding, and other demanding dirt-bike applications.
