The Alpinestars Tech 7 boots are engineered for demanding off-road riding and provide a balance of protection, flexibility, comfort, and precise bike control. This fluorescent red and black model is sized for US 13 / EU 48 and is designed to fit riders who need dependable protection across motocross, enduro, and other dirt-riding applications. The manufacturer part number and vendor part number are both 2012025-1030-13.
A redesigned thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) lower shell uses dedicated left- and right-foot construction to improve shifter control and reduce front roll. A reinforced metal shank and strengthened toe zone help resist impact and abrasion, while extensive TPU protection covers the toes, foot, heel, ankle, calf, and shin. The medial and lateral double-pivot system supports controlled flexion and freedom of movement, and the low-profile ankle pivot design enhances rider comfort and precision. A contoured calf plate, rear Achilles bridge, shock-absorbing ankle and shin padding, and reinforced toe box and heel provide added impact protection.
The Tech 7 closure system combines polymer buckles with an aluminum frame and self-aligning quick-release receivers for secure, customized fitment. The compact TPU shin plate includes a reinforced hook-and-loop closure, while the soft microfiber gaiter helps seal out dirt and excessive water. An enlarged rubber insert on the medial panel improves grip against the motorcycle while increasing heat and abrasion resistance. The upper combines suede leather and lightweight microfiber with a poly-fabric lining, 3D open-cell foam, and anti-slip suede reinforcement at the heel. A durable dual-compound vulcanized rubber sole includes an integrated wear-limit indicator that alerts the rider when replacement is needed.
