The Alpinestars Tech 7 off-road boots are engineered for riders who demand dependable protection, comfort, and precise control in motocross and off-road environments. This size 8 / EU 42 model features an updated construction designed to improve flexibility, reduce weight, and enhance rider feel on the bike. The upper combines suede leather and lightweight microfiber with extensive Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) protection across the toes, foot, heel, ankle, calf, and shin. Reinforced toe-box and heel areas provide additional resistance against impact and abrasion.
A dedicated TPU lower shell design improves control around the shifter while reducing front roll, with left- and right-foot-specific construction for improved fit and shifting precision. The medial and lateral double-pivot system supports controlled flexibility, while the low-profile ankle pivot system allows natural movement and rider comfort. Shock-absorbing inserts in the front flexion zone, ankle padding, and shin protection help manage impacts during aggressive riding. The extended medial panel includes an enlarged rubber insert for improved grip against the motorcycle and increased heat and abrasion resistance.
The closure system uses polymer buckles, an aluminum frame, and self-aligning quick-release closures for secure, adjustable fitment. A compact TPU shin plate with hook-and-loop adjustment helps personalize the fit, while the soft microfiber gaiter helps limit water and dirt entry. The poly-fabric lining features 3D open-cell foam and anti-sliding suede reinforcement at the heel. A durable dual-compound vulcanized rubber sole includes an integrated wear-limit indicator that alerts the rider when replacement is needed, while maintaining structural support beneath the wear layer.
