The Alpinestars Supertech R7 S-R7 Zeal Helmet is a premium motorcycle helmet engineered for high-performance track and road riding. This 2XL helmet features a lightweight multi-composite outer shell made from carbon, aramid fiber, and fiberglass layers bonded with pre-preg epoxy resin. The construction delivers high strength, penetration resistance, and effective energy dissipation while maintaining a streamlined profile for demanding riding conditions. Collarbone recesses with integrated PLASMA inserts provide additional shock absorption and help reduce the risk of injury during a slide. The helmet is finished in Gloss Yellow Fluo, Black, and White for a distinctive appearance and enhanced visibility.
The S-R7 uses a multi-density EPS inner liner made from seven sections in six densities, strategically positioned to manage impact energy according to each helmet size. Alpinestars’ low-friction rotational impact system is integrated into the EPS surface to help reduce rotational acceleration during oblique impacts. The optimized eye port provides a broad field of vision, while the aerodynamic shell, integrated spoiler, and lateral winglets help minimize turbulence, drag, and high-speed movement. These features support improved stability and reduced neck strain for riders on the street or racetrack.
Airflow is managed through 10 ventilation ports, including chin and top intake vents with a sliding mechanism, plus lateral and rear exhaust outlets. Incoming air is directed toward the inside of the shield to help reduce fogging and misting, while the chin bar extractor vents remove humid air from the interior. The helmet includes an ECE 22.06 homologated optical Class 1 shield with double-sided anti-scratch treatment. Designed for adult motorcycle riders seeking advanced protection, aerodynamic performance, visibility, and comfort, this Alpinestars Supertech R7 S-R7 helmet is supplied in size 2XL. Manufacturer and vendor part number: 8202826-5021-2XL.
