The Alpinestars Supertech M10 TLD Edition 25 helmet combines advanced impact protection, aerodynamic performance, and adjustable comfort for motocross and off-road riding. This small-size helmet features a streamlined shell profile with a smooth surface curvature that helps reduce friction during an impact and promotes efficient energy deflection. The design eliminates external channels and protrusions that could create load points, helping preserve shell integrity while directing energy away from the rider’s head, neck, and spinal column.
Its multi-composite shell uses a 3K carbon outer layer, a unidirectional carbon composite layer, and an aramid fiber layer for strength, controlled deflection, and penetration resistance. An epoxy resin bonding process supports effective energy management, while the four-density EPS liner helps absorb and distribute impact forces. The chin bar includes a sculpted relief area raised to help clear the collarbone, with a softer EPS extension and flexible rubber covering intended to reduce the risk of collarbone contact injuries.
The A-Head Fitment System allows adjustment of the helmet’s angle and height for a personalized fit. MIPS® technology helps address rotational forces, while removable semi-soft polymer side pads provide increased contact coverage for energy distribution and convenient maintenance. The helmet also includes an Emergency Release System (ERS), emergency visor release, visor extension for roost and sun protection, and compatibility with the Eject helmet removal system. With 28 ventilation ports, including 18 intake and 10 exhaust ports, the Supertech M10 promotes continuous airflow during demanding rides. This Alpinestars helmet is supplied in the Gloss Dark Blue/Orange/Yellow/Fluo Red TLD Edition 25 colorway and uses manufacturer and vendor part number 8300225-7156-S.
