The Alpinestars Supertech M10 TLD Edition 25 helmet combines advanced impact protection, ventilation, and adjustable fitment for motocross and off-road riding. This Large helmet features a gloss dark blue, orange, yellow, and fluorescent red finish, a streamlined aerodynamic shell, and a smooth surface profile designed to help reduce friction during impact. The Supertech M10 is engineered to support efficient energy management while helping protect the rider’s head, neck, and spinal column.
Fitment: The integrated A-Head Fitment System allows riders to adjust the helmet’s sitting angle and height for a more personalized fit. The sculpted chin bar includes a raised relief area designed to clear the collarbone, while the extended soft EPS liner and flexible rubber covering help reduce the potential for collarbone contact. Removable semi-soft polymer side pads increase the contact area around the head to help distribute impact energy. The helmet also includes an Eject helmet removal system and an Emergency Release System with emergency visor release functionality.
Construction: The shell uses a multi-composite design combining a 3K carbon outer layer, a unidirectional carbon composite layer, and an aramid fiber layer. This construction is bonded with epoxy resin to provide strength, penetration protection, and controlled shell deflection. A four-density EPS liner supports energy absorption across different impact zones. MIPS® Multi-directional Impact Protection System technology is included to help manage certain rotational forces.
Ventilation: The Supertech M10 uses 28 individual intake and exhaust ports, including 18 intake ports and 10 exhaust ports, to promote airflow during demanding rides. An adjustable visor extension helps provide protection from roost and sunlight. This Alpinestars helmet is identified by manufacturer and vendor part number 8300225-7156-L and is designed for riders seeking a high-performance Large off-road helmet with advanced fitment and protection features.
