The Alpinestars Supertech M10 Fame MIPS Helmet in Black Carbon is engineered for riders seeking advanced protection, comfort, and aerodynamic performance. This 2XL helmet uses a smooth, streamlined shell profile without external channels or protrusions that could create impact load points or compromise structural integrity. Its surface curvature helps reduce friction during an impact, supporting deflection and energy transfer away from the rider’s head, neck, and spinal column.
The S-M10 shell sizing solution provides each fit size with an appropriately proportioned shell for a more anatomical fit across a wide range of riders. This approach helps improve comfort, reduce unnecessary weight, and support helmet effectiveness during an impact. The chin bar is sculpted and raised at the base to provide collarbone clearance, while the soft EPS liner extends beyond the shell and is covered with a flexible rubber compound to help reduce the potential for collarbone injury. The adjustable A-Head Fitment System allows the helmet’s angle and height to be fine-tuned for a secure, personalized fit.
Designed for off-road and powersports use, the Supertech M10 features 28 individual ventilation ports, including 18 intake ports and 10 exhaust ports, in addition to the eye port. The helmet includes MIPS technology for rotational acceleration and oblique impact performance, removable semi-soft polymer side pads for added impact-energy distribution, and an Emergency Release System with Eject helmet removal technology. Emergency visor release functionality and a visor extension provide additional protection. This Alpinestars helmet is identified by manufacturer part number 8300423-1902-2X and vendor part number 8300423-1902-2X.
