The Alpinestars SMX Plus motorcycle boots deliver advanced protection, flexibility, and control for performance-focused riders. This black model is built in an advanced microfiber upper for lightweight durability and includes reinforced flex areas that improve abrasion resistance while allowing natural forward and backward movement. The boots are designed for riders seeking a secure, responsive fit during sport and street riding.
Protection features include Alpinestars’ Multi-Link Control system, which supports ankle articulation while helping limit hyper-torsion, hyper-extension, and hyper-flexion. A contoured high-modulus shin plate provides impact and abrasion protection, while dual-density TPU replaceable toe sliders, a replaceable heel slider, and an external side heel slider help protect key areas and promote controlled sliding during an accident. Flexible accordion zones at the front, rear, and Achilles area improve movement without compromising support.
The SMX Plus uses an inner instep speed-lacing closure, Alpinestars Lace-Lock System, and a lateral zipper for a precise, secure fit. The micro-adjustable ratchet top closure helps secure the upper portion of the boot, while the hook-and-loop tab keeps the zipper pull flat and protected. An advanced synthetic forefoot lining with open-cell foam provides cushioning and shock absorption, and breathable ankle and leg lining helps improve comfort during extended use. The anatomical, replaceable EVA footbed supports the arch and enhances forefoot pedal feel. A durable textured rubber sole provides consistent grip and improved riding feedback.
This Alpinestars SMX Plus boot is sized US 12.5 / EU 48 and is suitable for motorcycle riders who need track-inspired ankle, shin, heel, and toe protection with flexible movement. Manufacturer and vendor part number: 2221019-10-48.
