The Alpinestars CR-8 Gore-Tex riding shoes are designed for touring riders who need dependable waterproof protection, breathable comfort, and walking-friendly performance in changing weather. This size US 11.5 / EU 45 model features a higher-cut profile and distinct styling compared with the CR-X Drystar shoes. The 100% waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex membrane helps keep feet dry while allowing moisture vapor to escape during extended rides and travel.
The stretch waterproof outer bootie construction combines with breathable textile panels for comfortable all-weather use. An angled waterproof zipper closure helps seal out moisture, while the inner bootie uses a speed-lace internal closure system for a secure, adjustable fit. An elasticated collar supports comfort around the ankle, and the 10 mm drop promotes natural walking ergonomics when transitioning off the motorcycle.
Protection is built into the shoe with an internal Alpinestars TPF transversal protection frame midsole, multiple-layer malleolus protection, a reinforced heel counter, and a reinforced toe box. The removable OrthoLite insock provides cushioning and breathability for touring, commuting, and everyday wear. The Alpinestars CR-8 Gore-Tex riding shoes are suitable for riders seeking versatile motorcycle footwear with touring-oriented fitment, weather resistance, and integrated impact protection.
